Throughout my life I have combined learning with work, since I started in Gelabert bookshop in Barcelona, where I worked and proved myself that I liked the direct relationship with client, while I was attending my secondary studies at the same time. It was not only the fact of selling books, what impassioned mewas establishing a close relationship with the most assiduous people to the bookshop.
Later, I joined Group MAB, a leadership company in the commercialisation of medical supplies, as the General Director associate with responsibility on sales while I was combining my Economics degree at University. So, I went from selling to buying. It is not the same, but is not so different. The personal relationship fluency, either for selling and buying is essential. For this reason, later, I directed my studies in the Communications and Company field, with and MBA at Escola d’Administració d’Empreses and a Master in Communications and Public Relations.
From 1996, I joined in the venture, which had influenced most my professional career, in el Cercle d’Economia, where I was working as the manager until 2011 when I was elected as the Chief of staff to the Major of Barcelona (Mr Xavier Trias). In nearly two decades, I learnt about business and politics. But, especially, I attempted to learn about people, of how how good interaction can generate wealth and contribute to a better society. In short, communications, in the widest sense, had always impassioned me. For this reason, being the Managing Director of the reputed Solsona agency is a satisfaction and a challenge. The challenge of helping all of our clients and friends in their communications strategies, sharing with them every moment and every day, helping them discovering the keys for their projects being a success.
